Hyaline cartilage trachea

You will look at each of the three types of cartilage in this lab: Hyaline cartilage, Elastic cartilage and Fibrocartilage. Like other connective tissues, cartilage contains abundant intercellular (extracellular) matrix. This matrix consists of a fibrous component and an amorphous ground substance. However unlike other connective tissues, cartilage is avascular. Where are each of these types of cartilage found?
We will also look at developing bone.
